Much of the low-cost GLP-1 market runs on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. We don't. Every prescription we write is for FDA-approved, brand-name medication, and the FDA has been actively moving to restrict large-scale GLP-1 compounding.

What makes our price possible is not a cheaper substance. It is physician-supervised, individualized dosing by Dr. Weiner's team, tailored to make effective therapy affordable for each patient.

How much does GLP-1 medication cost without insurance?
At retail, brand-name GLP-1 medications cost $1,000-$1,600 a month. Our cash program delivers FDA-approved GLP-1 therapy with a full medical team for about $200-$225 a month, all-in. That price includes the medication, the program, and your visit copays.
What's included in the monthly price?
Everything: FDA-approved GLP-1 medication, individual appointments with Zoë, our registered dietitian, access to Terri, our health coach, the full Loli app with photo food logging, and provider visits (2 to 3 in the first 3 months, then quarterly). Visit copays are included in the price.
Is this compounded semaglutide?
No. We prescribe only FDA-approved medications, never compounded GLP-1s. Dr. Weiner's team uses physician-supervised, individualized dosing of FDA-approved medication to make therapy affordable without compromising on the medication itself.
Do I need to live in Tucson?
No. We see patients by telehealth anywhere in Arizona, including Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Yuma. Our office is in Tucson if you prefer in-person visits. New non-surgical patients must be Arizona residents.
How often will I see a provider?
Typically 2 to 3 provider visits in your first 3 months while we individualize your dose, then quarterly visits for ongoing management. Dietitian appointments with Zoë are unlimited and included.
Can I switch to insurance coverage later?
Yes. If your coverage changes, you turn 65 and enroll in Medicare, or your employer adds GLP-1 benefits, we move you to the covered pathway and handle the prior authorization. Many patients start with the cash program and transition later.
